1.Ultra-high Hardness and Wear Resistance
Micro-hardness reaches HV3000~5000, second only to diamond, 3~5 times that of cemented carbide.
When processing hardened steel (HRC>50), the life span is more than 10 times higher than that of cemented carbide, and it is especially suitable for super-hard materials such as high-chromium cast iron, cold-hard cast iron, etc.
2.Chemically inert and low friction
It does not react with ferrous metals at 1200-1300°C. The coefficient of friction is only 0.1~0.0%.
