Two types of products: self-supported and carbide supported PCD dies with 5/10/25/50 micron are available,and specifications from D6 to D36+.
Application:Suitable for the drawing of copper wire, aluminum wire, stainless steel wire, coated stainless steel wire, tungsten wire, molybdenum wire, welding wire, large-diameter tubes and other wires.
Note:
1.Maximum recommended hole sizes for “soft” nonferrous wire.As for”Hard”wire, maximum hole sizes should not exceed 65%；
2.It should be cased below 650℃;
