Core physical properties

1.Ultra-high hardness and wear resistance
Hardness up to HV7500~9000 (Knoop hardness 6.5~7×10 ⁴MPa), 8~12 times that of cemented carbide. Wear resistance is 60~80 times that of cemented carbide.
2.Composite structure design
Double layer composite: diamond layer + cemented carbide matrix, both diamond hardness and matrix impact resistance (flexural strength ≥1500MPa).
The cemented carbide matrix provides high weldability and can be directly welded vertically to the drill bit flank.
3.Friction and thermal properties
Coefficient of friction 0.1~0.3 (0.4~1 for Cemented Carbide), cutting force reduced by 30%~50%.
